John Holl has been writing about beer and brewing since 1996 and now brings together 155 recipes collected from brew pubs, craft brewers, and beer lovers across the United States so anyone can make their favorite foods at home. From pub grub to regional specialties and breakfast fare to barbecue, many recipes contain beer as an ingredient, and all evoke the pleasures of being part of the brew pub culture.
