Rappin' Ricky Block Party at Breese Stevens Bodega

Join the Wisconsin Book Festival at the Breese Stevens Bodega!  F. Stokes will headline the music stage at the first ever Bodega on May 19th. The Chicago, Illinois native will perform two sets, one as his traditional character of F. Stokes, with rap music styled after Kanye West and Patti Smith. The second set at 6 pm will feature Rappin’ Ricky, a character that will empower, educate, and excite kids (and adults) of all ages and is the star of a children’s book written by Stokes.
Breese Stevens Bodega, Madison’s newest outdoor market, will feature fun for the whole family. Local artists, craftsmen, and food producers will be selling their goods. Food and beverage, including beer and wine, will be available for purchase and a Kids Zone will be open. For more information, visit
