Christopher Chambers has lived in Wisconsin, North Carolina, Michigan, Minnesota, Florida, Alabama, Texas, and Louisiana. He's worked as a farmhand, a carpenter, a bartender, and a lifeguard, and in a warehouse, a slaughterhouse, and an English Department. He is the author of three books: Delta 88 and Kind of Blue (fiction), and Inter/views (poetry), and co-editor of the anthology, Ice Fishing for Alligators.
